All content, methodologies, frameworks, reports, and materials produced by The Digital Curator remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company unless expressly transferred in writing.

Consultation outputs shared with clients are for their internal business use only. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our methodologies.

The Digital Curator provides consulting services based on professional expertise and industry best practices. However, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from business decisions made based on our advice.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing formal legal remedies.
